Q - How early in the planning process should we hire Details and Lace?
A - Our calendar books a year in advance for the spring and fall. Even if you're looking for "month-of" coordination, our calendar books quickly for the area's most popular dates.  Reach out to the Details and Lace team as soon as you say "Yes!"

Q – Do you assist clients who live out of the area?
A – Absolutely! Approximately 70% of Details and Lace couples do not live in the Charlottesville area. We are here to support you and make the planning simpler.

Q – Where do you plan events?
A – We plan weddings in Charlottesville, Richmond, and Northern Virginia. We also love to travel so let’s discuss your destination wedding!

Q – My venue has a coordinator. Do I really need a planner?
A – A venue coordinator is a wonderful point of contact to assist with all things related to your venue. However, on your wedding day, your planner will serve as a point of contact for all of your vendors and streamline the day. Also, your planner will have worked with you for the past nine to twelve months and will truly know how to bring your vision to life.

Q – What is the size of your team?
A – The Details and Lace team will vary on the package you choose as well as the size of the wedding.
