Q - How early in the planning process should we hire Details and Lace?
A - Our calendar books a year or more in advance for the spring and fall. We are proud to offer partial and full planning for couples getting married during those peak months. Reach out to the Details and Lace team as soon as you say "Yes!"

Q – Do you assist clients who live out of the area?
A – Absolutely! Approximately 85% of Details and Lace couples do not live in the Charlottesville area. We are here to support you and make planning simpler.

Q – Where do you plan events?
A – While we are a central Virginia based company, we love to travel! 

Q – My venue has a coordinator. Do I really need a planner?
A – A venue coordinator is a wonderful point of contact to assist with all things related to your venue. However, on your wedding day, your planner will serve as a point of contact for all of your vendors and streamline the day. Also, your planner will have worked with you for the past nine to twelve months and will truly know how to bring your vision to life.

Q – What is the size of your team?
A – The Details and Lace team will vary on the package you choose as well as the size of the wedding.
